I love Black Currant seed to protect my skin and eyes but I preffer another brand.

since nothing relieved my hot. flashes. I've been
taking Swanson's Bl. Cur. Seed Oil for years & it really HELPS me!
* Also, I avoid suger & hot tea, which causes an immed. hot flash for me.

Dry Skin Be Gone!
If you have dry skin, try this twice a day for 3 months. I did, and my skin has been transformed. No longer do I need to take body lotion "baths" after every shower. Try it for 3 months--if it doesn't help you - well give it up!

Great Price

Dry Eyes
In
a newsletter from Dr.Blaylock he recommended evening primrose oil and
fish oil to relieve dry eyes. Instead of primrose oil I chose black
current oil since it also has GLA. Now my eyes feel normal again. I
wear contact lens so I'll always use black currant oil for my eye health.

Very Happy with this product
I am very pleased with this product and like the high GLA contents...it's like butter to the nerves in my feet...and no smell. This product is on my favs.

Good product, good price
Black current seed oil is recommended for hair health. Swanson has a good price for a good product.
