"I know we need omega 6 and 9 as well as omega 3 from fish oil. I also learned that part of the population cannot absorb flax seed oil. So to be safe, I've omitted 3-6-9 capsules which include flax and only do fish oil and borage oil.
I get what I need, at a great price. It was hard to find borage oil alone on the internet, but Swanson came through for us!"
