Ineffective
The purpose of this product is to decrease the absorption of dietary fat and break down body fat.
Have not seen any change. Possibly too many fillers make it ineffective.

Raspberry Ketones
I took the product for one month while continuing my exercise regimen and lower calorie eating pattern. I have noticed no difference in my weight and must conclude that I am one of the people for whom this product does not work.

Low Price! Delivered Fast!
I took twice daily for a month. I have lost 8 lbs so far. Also trying to exercise and eat better. I fell off the wagon a couple of times on the eating and exercise part..but continued taking 2 pills daily. I have no complaint on this pill. Easy to swallow and tastes a little like berries when I burp. I ordered 3 more bottles just in case the 8 lbs weight loss had something to do with this. The price is great! How can you go wrong there??? I compared to other local stores and a bottle of the same stuff is about $19.99 to $26.99.

Love it
This does curb your appetite. I love it. It does give me cravings for fruits and vegetables and I'm not sure why. I have been taking this for about a month now, and I'm already a size down. It also gives me more energy to go about my daily activities . I jump rope as well and do sit ups and planks. I don't go to the gym anymore, because I figured I can do quite a bit of exercises at home. It is not a miracle pill that will let you loose the weight you gained over a year or two in a week! Don't forget that it took more than a day or week to gain the weight, thus it will take more than a day or week to loose the weight. Every individual is different, thus someone, will start noticing the difference a bit earlier than others. Exercise and patience is key!

I take several supplements daily for weight loss. It's a very slow process. I will not know for at least another month if this stuff actually works. But it's not expensive, and it smells great. :)

great value for the money. my daughter and I have been taking this and are very happy with it. it really seems to curb our appetite and we crave more veggies and fruits. really like how we feel and tastes great!

Satisfied
I'm back for my third order of these. I take 3 in the morning and it curbs my cravings all day. I find that I'm eating much less at my meals because after a few bites, I am full. And I stay full longer. These do not give me a weird feeling in my stomach like african mango and other products I have tried. I've been on these a little over a month and can definitely see a difference in the way my clothes fit. I'm also walking 1 - 2 miles a day.

Helpful Tool
I have used this for two months. I had previously tried Tonalin CLA for 9 months and didn't see any reason to keep taking it. The raspberry ketones are a very small capsule and easy to take. They smell wonderful and if you do burp, it is like raspberry candy. (I mention that because astaxanthin or krill oil are not pleasant.) This seems to curb my sweet tooth a little and have found that taking it with schizandra berries it works even better. I like the combo to help deal with stress eating. I have lost weight BUT have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week treadmill/weight training. This is not a magic weight loss product, but a helpful tool.
The value of this from Swanson's is fantastic!

The Best purchase Ever...
I've been so surprise of the effectiveness this product has given me. I have only been using the product in just a short while. But...it has suppress my cravings for snacking. And it does not brother me that my husband can sit next to me and enjoy his ice cream without me having to get a dish for myself. I truly recommend this product.

Great product

Easy to use and great results
I tried the rest and came back to the best! This is a small capsule and easy to swallow. The results are great, I use it with digestive enzymes (Swanson's) and am happy with the outcome.

Worth it to me
I purchased this product after reading several of the reviews. Once I recieved it, I began to take it according to the directions on the bottle. I noticed a slight decrease in my desire to snack during the day but I would still get hit with terrible carb cravings at night. The second week I decided to take 2 with my mid-morning snack along with an 8 oz glass of water. That's when I started to see the magic! Although I still crave sweets in the evening, the craving is considerably less. The wonderful part is, when I give into the desire to snack, after a few bites I am full. I can literally FEEL the fullness! So now, instead of eating half the pan of brownies, I am satisfied after one or two. So glad to have found this product!
