Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract is one Swanson Health Products' newest weight loss supplements and it's based on exciting new scientific evidence showing the beneficial effects of chlorogenic acids have on your metabolism and body composition. Though Svetol is made from coffee beans, it is almost completely caffeine free and actually provides stimulant-free weight management support. While there are other green coffee bean extracts out there, only Svetol includes both a complex of chlorogenic acids and a very specific chlorogenic acid believed to be most beneficial to human health. These acids are maintained in a consistent ratio within Svetol and it's this precise composition that yields results.

"I have added this to my quest for weight loss. I work a lot on a computer at home and if there are easy snacks I will partake. I do think Svetol has helped control that urge (when I remember to take it) and I have been able to abstain from the sweet or salties at night when I am trying to stay awake. I take Svetol around 6 pm to 7 pm and sometimes work until 1 or 2 am so I would say it lasts awhile as well. I do not snack much during the day, but night was my trouble time, not so bad now with Svetol."

"I added this product to my supplement regimen and noticed a definite improvement in results. My spare tires and belly fat in front are steadily shrinking. I found for me it takes more than just one product to do the trick. I also use the Tonalin CLA, L-Creatine, Testefen and Tribulus Extract (45%) and the Thermogenic Complex. I attribute my results on fat burning to these products. Couple them with an effective exercise program, staying well hydrated, good diet and attitude and you have an unbeatable combination!"

"Although it's being promoted as a weight-loss aid, Svetol's high standardized chlorogenic-acid content makes it one of the best options I've found yet for maintaining healthy blood sugar levels.

Based on my initial experiences with it, Svetol will probably replace one to three of the other supplements in my before-meal regimen. (Having too many good options is a welcome "dilemma!")

Sure glad Swanson offers Svetol -- I've never seen it anywhere else."

Title:This Pill is Not the Answer

"I followed the instructions to the "t" and almost 30 days later I have barely lost 3 lbs. I follow Weight Watchers--I have for years--but I hurt my back and my activity had decreased & I put on some weight. I wanted to get back on track and shed the weight while I was starting to slowly increased my activity but these pills did not come through as the label and marketing claimed."

"I've been taking Svetol for a couple of months, thanks to the information, I received in a email. I'm taking it along with 7-HMRlignans.

I have more energy and don't feel hungry. I eat mainly Veggies and have lost about 6 lbs. in 2 months. The most impressive thing is, I've lost 2 inches around my waist and look considerably thinner. Although everyone's system is different, I would recommend this to anyone. It's worth giving a try and see if it works for you."
