Great Product
I take 1 Capsimax Plus (not available at the moment), 2 Svetol and 1 Lowat about 10:00am every day for appetite suppression / weight loss and I am not hungry until about 4:30PM.
PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THESE PRODUCTS!!! LOVE THEM!!!

If you look at the prices of thermogenic weight loss pills at your local drugstore, chances are you won't find anything less than $15. Here's a product that not only works but is also a great value.
Since I've already been tracking my calories and taking other supplements (fish oil), along with drinking lots of green tea, I can't say that this product has controlled my appetite since it was already under control.
I also can't say if this product has given me more energy during the day since my energy level has already been very high.
What I can say about this product is that on days these little magical pills are taken before a two hour endurance bike ride, definitely more calories are burned than usual. I'm close to my goal weight, still trying to lose a few more pounds, and this product is providing a necessary edge to achieve it.
I'm not sure if this works without exercising, but when cutting back your calorie intake so there's a deficit, along with some vigorous exercise, this product definitely helps the pounds to melt away.
It would be great if these pills were in tablets, so they could be split in half and taken in 1.5 quantities if one wished. So I wouldn't call this form "convenient".
I wouldn't hesitate to order a second bottle but fortunately it looks like it's really not needed at this point. Highly recommended when used along with exercise.

Too Expensive!
1 capsule with every meal definitely is effective, but too costly to continue.

Healthy Stimulant
My brother told me about this new product that processes the pepper so that you have no negative side effects! It works great, no burning, and yet you get all of the benefits of the hot pepper plants. I am able to work out longer, and it keeps my metabolism up. I use this as a compliment to my other vitamin stimulants (green tea extract, chromium picolinate, and B-100 complex). This is the best CapsiMax priced product on the market, but it is still a bit expensive.

Potent and Effective
I have been taking this supplement every day since it was introduced by Swanson. All I can say about it is that it is potent and effective stuff. All I need is a capsule a day which I often divide into two doses because of its potency. Not only has it given me tons of energy for exercising and doing my usual chores, but it has also kept my body warm now that the long, cold winter is beginning to set in. I have also noticed that it has helped me lose weight. This is a wonderful product that I recommend to anyone who is interested in losing weight and keeping fit.

I'm still waiting to see any results. Hasn't worked so far. Will probably discontinue.

Effective Product
I really like this product. It works better for me than Chromium products. I still enjoy my sweets so it doesn't take that away, but it gives me the energy to get through the morning without feeling like I need snacks to make it. I used to always look for something to eat because I was tired but now I don't need anything. If I grab a snack now, I only eat a couple of bites and don't want anymore. This is a great value for the price and effectiveness.
