"I have been consuming this supplement for more than 1 month, and it has been effective in keeping my weight in control despite my large appetite.

The only side effect, which is expected, results from the thermogenic effects of the supplement - I feel overly warm on hot days that I used to tolerate well, and I have to drink more water."

"My wife has been taking this product for about a year now. For ~6 months, she could not really see/feel a difference, but it appears to have kicked-in and she has burned a lot of fat from her body since. This is also in conjunction with her walking and exercising but she was also doing the same before. She is one who would not want to spend this kind of money on something for herself unless she felt she was benefitting from it.
I recommend it because not only what I have seen--a loss of 16 pounds, mostly fatty tissue--but also because she seems convinced it works and has been a worthy investment."
