Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet two to three times per day 1/2 hour to 1 hour before meals. Drink at least 16 oz. of water with each tablet.

Because chromium may enhance insulin sensitivity and affect glucose levels, diabetics and hypoglycemics should consult their healthcare provider before using this product. A good addition I do like this product and I think it helps support my weight loss goals with my current regimen of supplements. However I have also taken it alone in the past, and didn't have as much of an effect - I think it is good to use in conjunction with other things. I just wish it was a smaller pill/easier to swallow! "Rising" of a Wrong Kind I have been on this product for 6 months hoping it would help me lose weight...it did not. The only "rising" was that of my blood pressure. It took a while to figure out why it was so high. After I stopped taking it for 4 days, my blood pressure dropped 30 points! I wish my weight had dropped that fast. I am over 55 so this is just a caution to monitor the blood pressure. I have been using Swanson products for over 15 years and I trust all their products. Not what I was looking for I tried this product for about a month got it on a buy one get one ... This product gave me the jitters, NOT ENERGY, but anxious nervousness, and made me have random bouts of nausea at completely unexpected times. Very disappointed. March 30, 2011

Incredible Product I thought I would just give this product a try--it was on a 2 for 1 special--and was really glad I did. I have been on a weight management program since June and I was only moderately successful. This product has really helped me control my appetite. Gone is the afternoon/early evening appetite struggle, and I have seen a more rapid weight loss since starting to take it. Swanson products are generally really good, but I have never written a review until this product. Thank you for introducing this product! Can not be productive WITHOUT it I love this product. When ever I DO NOT take these vitamins I can feel the difference. When I do take these I wake up every morning feeling refreshed, alive and ready to WORK and do whatever needs to be done. Because of these capsules I am going to bed when I suppose to on a normal schedule and awaking easily without being tired. I have 3 small kids 4 and under so yes, this was VERY necessary in my life. There's absolutely NO side effects, no jitters. I ran out and I just bought 2 more bottles. I recommend it 100% April 26, 2010
