"I just started taking this 4 days ago. I felt the difference immediately! It really knocked out appetite. I take two pills (with a lot of water) after eating a small meal 3x a day. "when I can swallow it, the pill is on the larger side and round could be smaller and I would definitely order more but its gotten stuck in my throat a few times but the times I have taken I do seem to feel fuller longer and not as hungry. "This product I think has helped me. I have definitely noticed a change in appetite, it seems that I get full much quicker, so i'm eating less which is always good. So, that's pretty much it. I will continue taking these pills. The only other thing I might add is they are fairly large. Now I have never had problems taking pills, but for some reason the size and thickness and shape (Round) does not want to go down my throat. I find myself choking on them at least twice a day. They tend to get lodged in my throat. So any improvements on that part would be awesome!"
