Take them the right way for weight loss aid It is said that if you are taking vinegar for weight loss, you should take it at least 30 minutes before each meal. Vinegar taken WITH a meal could make you GAIN weight. So if these aren't working for you, try taking them 30 minutes before your meals. I've taken the vinegar capsules, I actually prefer the liquid vinegar, but am ordering more of these for travel, since I take it daily for health and it's easier to transport than a bottle of vinegar. Don't seem to work for me These did not really help me. Took 2 pills at lunch for several weeks but hunger did not seem depressed vs. not taking any at lunch (diet remained the same for weeks with and without the dose). Moved up to 2 pills at lunch and 2 pills an hour before eating dinner, and no real change in hunger noted. September 14, 2010

This is worth trying. I wasn't prepared for anything or had any idea how it would work for me before I tried it. I take cider vinegar liquid and wanted to try the pill form. If you don't like the liquid the pill might be for you since it works the same and is easier to fit into a lifestyle and use on the go. It does curb appetite and helps digestion like it claims. Overall this product is pretty good. Its not a miracle pill if that's what you're looking for. June 21, 2010

Love it! I always knew that vinegar was so good for me but I didn't realize you could get the benefit throught a tablet! In the past, I would just put some real vinegar right on the spoon and force myself to take it. So of course, that didn't last long. These pills are great......they leave no after taste. I take a lot of other natural vitamins from Swansons that make me feel healthy; but the real thing I noticed about these tablets was they seem to curb my appetite which was a benefit I love and did not expect! I seem to crave food less and so I'm able to control myself eating healthier and less. I'm hoping I'll lose weight little by little and able to keep it off and feel better about myself--inside and out! Thank you Swanson's. Your quality and reasonable prices keep me coming back! This stuff is awesome!! I and my mother ordered these apple cider vinegar tablets along with several other of supplements since we're new to the Swanson brand, and we are extremely happy with how these tablets seem to curb the appetite (which means less eating, if you know what I mean). I recommend these to anyone trying to lose weight because you're not constantly hungry or feel the need to do a lot of mindless eating. FOUR THUMBS UP!! (Mom and I) March 16, 2010

quick results For about three weeks,I have been taking the apple cider vinegar after lunch (three tabs) with 8 to 10 ounces of water and again before bed (two tabs) and always have an excellent flush in the morning and several times in the afternoon and evening. I am sleeping better, no bloating. I use this product along with super green foods, and a 75% raw diet and 25% carbs. No white bread, sugars, etc. I have lost up to two inches in waist line. Good purchase My husband and I started using the apple cider vinegar tablets about a year ago. I had always wanted to get more vinegar into our diet knowing that it is suppose to be good for us. I do not particularly care to eat vinegary tasting foods or put vinegar in a glass of water and just drink it so these vinegar tablets were the perfect solution. And your products are so inexpensive. Didn't do anything for me I took the Apple Cider pills according to the bottle and have not lost any weight but instead gained 5 more pounds over close to a 2 month period I even took the other pills recommended to take with it and still no loss February 18, 2009
