"This supplement works. However, if you follow the recommended dosage, you won't really see much water dose. In order to loos significant water, you have do increase the dosage to two or three caps before each meal. Nonetheless it works."

"I use this for water retention. Not on any consistant basis. I use it when I feel puffy and during cycles when I step on the scale and realize I have gain like 5 pounds over night!
Anyhow, this product works slowly to relieve some of the pressure of water retention.
I personally prefer it to work slowly cause I tell you I dont want it to work so hard that I feel dry and dehydrated like a raisin!. If you take them as directed, then you can slowly start to lose extra water in a day."
