Surprising results These pills do have surprising results. I feel fuller about half an hour after taking them. What bugs me is the pill size though, especially if you take three of them (As I do). March 15, 2012

Very good product This is a great product to add when trying to lose weight. It does make you feel fuller while eating. I take the max amount / 3 pills before meals. It will obviously be more effective if you are working out, but I think would also help if you are not. You just have to get used to taking them 3 times a day, 15 minutes before meals. That's not always convenient. But, the product is good, so it's worth it. August 6, 2008
Stamina greatly increased I've been using this for over five years, after the firs six months I had much better stamina, after the first year even better, can climb our hill without having to stop and catch breath.
