It works...
I read many negative reviews on this site regarding this product. And although the smell is not that great and the pills are quite huge to swallow, I believe that taking them in the long run will do lots of good in your weight management pursuits. I have increased the daily intake to three times each day. I hope this doesn't cause any adverse effects. I haven't felt any so far.

This product was a big waste of money and did nothing for me. Every time I take them I feel hungry all day long. The smell is awful and the pills are so large they are hard to swallow.

Overall: Not good
I decided to try these out and I'm glad I did not pay much. The pills are very large and difficult to swallow. The smell is quite bad as well. As to effectiveness I really can't say. I take a few different supplements, eat well and exercise. So these haven't made a hugely noticeable difference. But, there aren't any bad side effects, at least. Since the two active ingredients are B6 and chromium picolinate I will just continue to take those seperately like I did before finding these.

The nasty odor made my stomach upset. I still gave it a chance but saw not effect. I love swanson products but this isn't one of them.

does nothing to help weight loss. the odor is so off putting that I got rid of them after using half the bottle

It's working for me!
I love to eat, especially sweets. This has really curved my appetite. I also try to walk 2 to 4 miles each day. I have lost a couple of pounds in the first week. I bought Fat Burner before my daughter showed me a book by Jillian Michaels (The Biggest Loser). In her book, she recommends B-6 and Chromium Picolinate for weight loss. Also, my husband noticed my decreased appetite (since it's usually big) and my weight loss and wanted to know if the product I was taking was safe. He is an agriculture teacher and when I told him what was in the supplement, he said they give Picolinate to "show pigs" to make them lean. Now, I don't want to be compared to a pig, but I did find that interesting. I know he doesn't give anything to animals that isn't healthy. I definitely plan to continue using Fat Burner. Since my daughter thought I was holding out on her and keeping my weight loss techniques a secret, she and her husband are now sharing my supply. I will be ordering more very soon!

after reading s have to say some of these opeople are wrong fat burners do work i took them for 2 months and lost 16 pounds. the reason why it dont work for some is because some peoples body chem reject it where others it works if you watch you calories and do a little excersize even just to go for a walk every day it will work it work for me and till this day i am still watchin the lbs roll off

Nothing
I took an entire bottle of this and nothing changed....everything stayed exactly as it was before i took the product. Don't waste your money.

Save your money ... this product is completely ineffective ... I am a personal trainer and have used products that DO work -- this one doesn't.

Great Product
I really enjoyed seeing the results of this product. It didn't have any bad side effects.
I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to turn up their metabolism and burn a few pounds.

It Works
This product is most effective IF you also exercise (cardio). It definitely helps when you don't have time to go to the gym. The key is to eat as healthy as possible (no fat) and take this supplement! you'll be well on your way to a "Low-fat body". Make sure to take at least 20 min before eating meals.

Very good product
I have been on a pretty serious workout program for 3 months. I added this product about a month in. It, along with some of the other weight loss & fitness products here, have really helped with my weight loss goal. I have lost 25 lbs. in 3 months. If you aren't working out though, I wouldn't recommend it. Also, you have to be diligent about taking it 3 times a day, 30-60 minutes before eating. That takes some getting used to.

Okay Product
This is the first product I have tried that I didn't really care about. Although, I thought it was effective, the size of the pills is not very good. I found I had to throw away more of them than I took because they would get stuck in the back of my mouth and wouldn't go down.
