Directions: Apply to wet hair, gently massage into scalp with fingertips and rinse thoroughly. For best results follow with Swanson® Biotin Conditioner.

Avg shampoo and conditioner I didn't find this product did much for my hair but it is light without any heavy conditioning oils. I have a lot of fine hair and some products just make my hair feel oily and some make my head itch. This one does not, it gives body and softness without the oil or itch. I find I have to change shampoo every 2 to 3 washing to get the results I want, fullness without fly aways. This product is one of my rotations, April 8, 2012

unexpected satisfaction I've tried more shampoo/conditioners than I would care to know about, for my fine frizzy hair. So with that in mind I had little hope this would be any different, but the price was so good I bought the package deal. I love this product my hair felt soft and was noticeably less frizzy. I intend to buy more, I would suggest anyone give it a shot, it might work for you too. March 19, 2012

VERY Surprised I tried this shampoo and conditioner based on the reveiws. I really had low expectations based on the previous shampoos I have tried from salons and drugstores. I have very fine hair and have never found a product that cleaned and conditioned my hair without leaving it flat. Not a problem with this combination. The first thing I noticed after washing my hair was SQUEAKY CLEAN . The conditioner left my hair feeling fuller and did not weigh down my hair! Love this stuff!! March 17, 2012

Good Product PRO's: The shampoo and conditioner leave hair feeling smooth as silk! My hair feels clean and refreshed without it being stripped of moisture. No added perfumes indicate to me that they are not needed in order to have an effective product. You may want to add a drop or two of essential oil if you absolutely must have a fragrant soap. CON's: The shampoo and conditioner smell like glue, feel like glue when applied and do not lather on like most shampoo products sold in stores. March 13, 2012

excellent product I have very thin hair and I've tried tons of products. I'm the consumer who will spend $$$$ on products promising thicker, shinier more manageable hair. Most of these products are a waste of money. I practically had given up on getting the hair I want. This CHEAP shampoo and conditioner has given me such great results, better then any salon product or even the pricey organic stuff. My hair is soft, shiny and thicker looking. Better hair days Many of us know the "pain" of bad hair days. I'm having something of a bad hair life...not terrible, just not my sister's fine, thick,wavy hair. I only got the fine part. Even at 50+, it is nice to find a shampoo/conditioner combo that lives up to its promises. I've used one bottle, and notice a difference in the manageability of my hair, and it seems a bit thicker. I appreciate that there is no scent, no chemicals and that it seems to be pretty easy on my colour - okay, now you are all certain I am terribly vain. Well, I do pick my battles... July 19, 2011

Third purchase I just received my third order of this duo. My entire family loves these. We like natural products, and this pretty much fits the bill. The shampoo is wonderful, and it not all that thin, but thinner than drugstore brands, but is much better for you. It gives great body and shine. The conditioner is fabulous and thick. Both add thickness and shine to hair naturally. In fact, we have given up our salon thickening shampoo and conditioner for this duo. Great value, and awesome results. Would love larger sizes!! Recommend, but with reservations The shampoo is too thin - like water, which means that the tendency is to use too much. Some sort of thickening in the liquid would make it easier to handle as, because of the thin liquid there is a tendency to use too much and get too much lather. The conditioner is excellent and only a small amount conditions my very thick medium length hair. June 19, 2011

Leaves hair soft, shiny, extra volume at roots 1st use today.shampoo smells kind of like glue and is has watery consistency, but does have a lather.had to use a little extra to get some lather over my entire scalp.hair feels semi like how body feels when using bar soap.conditioner however is very creamy and has a light herby scent.detangles and softens hair well.when combing out wet hair, definitely less hair fall out and breakage.all i do is spritz some hair heat protector spray on semi damp hair and blow dry with a brush to smooth my ends.my hair feels very soft, has a very light scent, and is definitely more shiny than it normally is.my hair tends to fall very flat on top, but because these products don't weigh hair down, i see considerably more volume at the roots.and remember that's just from blowdrying.much better ingredients than typical over the counter shampoos/conditioners.and the price isn't too high, either! if you've been wanting to try SLS free shampoo or have been considering switching to all natural shampoo bars, I would highly recommend this product.
