Ingredients: Purified (deionized) water, Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf gel, vegetable glycerin, behentrimonium methosulfate, cetyl alcohol, butylene glycol, silica, biotin, Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root extract, Solanum lycopersicum (tomato) fruit extract, phenoxyethanol, Echinacea purpurea (coneflower) root extract, Origanum vulgare (oregano) leaf extract, Thymus vulgaris (thyme) leaf extract, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon) bark extract, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower extract, Citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel extract, Mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf extract, Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal) root extract, Olea europaea (olive) leaf extract.

Directions: After cleansing with Swanson® Biotin Shampoo, massage conditioner into hair and leave on for 2–5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Stronger Hair My hair is stronger & healthier. I can go a littlle longer between haircuts. This product is a bit thinner than conditioners I have been using but obviously the right ingredients make it work great. April 10, 2012

Great product I like the way this conditioner makes my hair feel- smooth and thicker. It acts thicker too, It's not a detangler tho, once I rinse it out my hair is more difficult to comb. My solution to that is to comb it while it is in my hair in the shower and that works very well. Otherwise some kind of other conditioner would be needed. Still I like the effects of this on my hair, I will keep using it with or without another conditioner. Of late my hair has thinned even more than it was when I was young, which was pretty thin. Good not great. I bought this product because I was looking for a natural hair conditioner. I have long wavy/curly hair that tends to frizz. The product is mostly natural and allows for easy comb out and the price is reasonable. Unfortunately it leaves my hair frizzier than other conditioners..so my search continues. But I don't think it would hurt to give it a try, it has some great ingredients and it did leave my hair really soft. January 6, 2012
