GHR
It is hard to review this product because I take other supplements that have similar ingredients. However, I will say that the one thing that I notice about this product is that it acts like a dream catcher. For some odd reason, I can recall my dreams more vividly than before if I take three caps before bedtime. The dream part is really cool. I don't know about the rest of the claims.

Great product
I will turn 65 in about a week and I still climb ladders ,hang sheet rock and everything the younger guys do. From the time I discovered Life Extentions and the benifits of Arginine and Ornathine I have been a beliver. Your GHR contains both of these and other helpful things. I have found I get better results and more endurance when I use GHR .

KEEPS ME LOOKING YOUNGER!
I have used this product off and on for a few years. When the reccommended dose is followed, I not only get compliments but am asked how old i am. I've even gotten carded while using this product. I just tuned 51.

One of the best Swanson has
I have tried over 25 Swanson supplements over the past 7 months and this is one of the few where I had noticeable, positive results.
Didn't have any weight loss like some. But I have never been able to get up early and this totally helped me wake early and gave me energy to get things done from the get-go.
I have gone a month now without this(trying out other supplements) and I miss the effects badly. I'm reordering today.
The bummer is the 8 pills per night I'm supposed to take for my weight class, but I've found that 4 or 6 gets the results I want.

Excellent!!
The first day i took these, i felt better. After a few days, i noticed a definite & distinct return of vitality, energy & hopefulness. Am reordering now so that I do not ever run out!! :) Wish they came in a larger size, at the recommended dosage, this bottle is only a 1-month supply (or less, for some people). Am anxious to see long-term benefits, but even if i don't, the dramatic change in the way i feel is worth 10 times the price of this supplement.

Awesome!
This stuff is AWESOME. Since switching to the GHR, I've seen more gains in my workouts in just one month than I had in the previous 3 months when I was just taking plain arginine (and I'm 55 years old, not an easy age at which to increase muscle mass). I take half my daily recommended dose in the morning before working out and the other half before going to bed.
Definitely worth the money.

Better sleep
I cannot vouch to this product's efficiency as a growth hormone stimulator. But it certainly helps me sleep deeper. The only disadvantage is that a large dosage needs to be taken for it to be effective, which can be not so cost-effective, especially as it is rather expensive to start with.

Great possibilities
Having only taken the GHR for a two weeks, I cannot vouch for its full efficacy, but I am feeling better, sleeping better and full of hope.

Very helpful supplement
This is one of the supplements my chiropractor recommended to increase strength and put on muscle while I also increase endurance, and it works great for me. Fast results at the gym.

It Works!
I'm on my third bottle. I started for weight loss reasons, which hasn't happened yet. The upside is that I sleep all night and wake up refreshed in the morning. I don't need naps during the day anymore and my thinking is more clear. I am ordering again.

GHR Essentials
My wife (age 60) took her first pill last night. This morning she stated she slept great (had a BUNCH of dreams) and already looks two years younger! She further states three people at her office told her how good she "looks today". I'm going to try this stuff!!!!!

Good Product
I am a 26/m and I was unsure how this product would effect me. After about a week of use (taking 2/3 the recommended value) I noticed an increase in recovery time after my workouts and I seem to be advancing at an above average pace with my workouts. I've heard professional athletes use GH releases and I can see why. The downside to taking GHR essentials is an adjustment period where my sleep was effected for about 5 days or so where I would wake up groggy, but now its better.

Helps Some
My wife and I tried this. Her dose was supposed to be 6 caps, but she found she woke very groggy so we dropped it back to 4 caps. She found her sleep was improved and she plans to keep using it. My dose is 12 caps, and, frankly, I can't see any effect after about a month. I might try it another month.

can't go without
I ran out of ghr caps for a few days & boy did I feel sluggish. I had to reorder expedited s/h but worth it. What more can i say? Overall quality product with numerous significant health benefits. Go get your own.

Trying to lose 15 pounds
..after quitting smoking..Im on a Thermogenic diet, eating only a banana/yougurt daytime, then a sensible dinner...Im hoping to balance my hormones to accelerate weight loss, giving me more energy...Ive already lost 10 pounds before taking this product

I taken this for a week now, documenting as I go along. I have noticed a distinct difference in recovery time on my workouts. I believe this GHR Essentials are having a effect. I will update this as I go in the next few weeks. Interesting stuff!!

GHR Essentials
I take a lot of supplements so it's often difficult to realize specific differences from one or another. But I tried this product and followed the directions specific to my weight and after several bottles and about three months I can't see any difference. Like most of us, I've TRIED to see a difference but quite honestly, I have not. If by not taking it something falls off I'll let you know.

This stuff works!
I'm 51 , I used to power lift and stopped because I just was not getting the gains, and i refuse to juice. this stuff is great. My arms are up from 18 1/2" to 19 1/2" in just one 5 week cycle. And I have noticed a significance difference in energy level. Also signigicant increases in strength.

I'm leaner
I've finally gotten rid of the final last five pounds due to GHR.
My eye lashes are longer too but I'm not sure if it's due to this or Astaxanthin.

outstanding product
My husband and were taking a very expensive similar product for about 2 years with good success, but the price was too high to continue - then a friend told me about Swanson Health Products. I looked to see if they had a similar product and GHR Essentials came up - of course we were skeptical since the price was so much lower and the other company said that no one could duplicate what they had - Wrong! wrong! wrong! We have now been using the Swanson product for about 2 years and are receiving the same benefits! No change. What are the benefits? healthy, tighter skin, more energy and endurance and I believe it has helped my muscle building at the gym - a great product!
