I give this product a 4 leaf rating because when taking 1 capsue before bed, I sleep well for 3 or 4 hours and then I am wide awake. I may need to take 2 but I would still recommend this product as everybody s body is different and it may be more effective to somebody else than it is for me.

Mostly Satisfied
Seems great for relaxing before sleep; but not really effective for making one fall asleep unless the body is ready.

I have tried lots of all natural products to relax and get to sleep. This is excellant to relax the body and mind for going to sleep.

Must be chalk?
Absolutely no effectiveness. Valerian caps or Camomile tea better!

No effect what so ever
I did not sleep any better by taking the pill and ended up with diarrhea every time I took it, 3 separate times, days apart

sleepless
This product was a waste of money for me...no help whatsoever....even taking 3 at one time I am still wide awake 1 1/2 hours later....bad choice for me guess I will toss the remaining away....

Need help to stay asleep
There is no doubt that this helps with getting to sleep, but I'm still waking up too early, and sometimes finding it difficult to get back to sleep. Adding a little extra melatonin has helped.

As advertised
Though it I have only been using this product for a little over a month, it certainly has provided the results as promised. I truly feel that I am able to obtain a deeper, more effective sleep. What more could I ask for? And as always, I really appreciate Swanson's prices. What a value.

Awesome
I have tried many tips from people to help me fall asleep when I could not and none of them worked not even warm milk. This has helped me immensly and I have recommended and purchased several bottles to give to my family and friends that have trouble falling asleep when they are stressed or over tired. It has helped them as well.

Restful product
Not only economical but gently urges me to keep my head on the pillow and sleep. Then when I get up it seems to stay in the bedroom.

Not working
I have been taking this for a few months & does not work for me. I then took two . Yes I fall asleep but I do wake up. I also seem to go back to sleep but still toss & turn. I feel fine in the morning. So makes me wonder if it is working or not. Maybe need to drink more water? Great Price.

Excellent product!
I have had difficulty falling and staying asleep for quite some time. I tried this product and it works everytime! I do not feel hung over in the morning and the price is excellent. I will not be without this product ever now that I know it works!

One problem
It definitely put me to sleep, but for the next few days I was lethargic. I had missed that it has Melatonin, which wipes me out for at least 3 days or more. It doesn't wear off for quite some time. If they would take out the Melatonin, I would buy it again.
I only took 1 capsule and had to send it back because of the Melatonin.

Still can't sleep
I struggle with staying asleep and continue to look for something to help. This didn't seem to have an effect on me. I've taken it for over a month, and still wake several times a night. I don't sleep any better with it, or without it.

Reliable product
