"I
lost 157 pounds through gastric bypass surgery 6 years ago (and have
maintained my weight, I'm proud to say!). Due to the surgery, any
supplement I take has to be in powdered form. This product works well
and is delicious. (I mix it with milk.) ! I saw a difference in my PH
readings within a few days and definitely felt better. I'll continue to
take it.! (I recommend the PH testing tape Swanson sells, as well, as
it shows the PH balance levels. One roll of the test tape lasts me
about 3 months, so it's a great value, too!) Thanks, as always, for the
great value, Swanson! :)"
