"I took these on a trip to Athens and even took large doses of fiber like 8 to 10 capsules twice twice a day, and it did great. Everything was fine. It was the best fiber supplement experience I've had. Now I plan to take them with me on my next trip.

You can't count on hotels having oats at the breakfast buffet."
