It doesn't help with my appetite as I thougt it would; but, I have been taking it for only 3-1/2 wks, so I will continue-at least until this bottle runs out.

Love this product
I have used this herb for many years at the request of my doctor. I found the tablets messy as they would leave a great deal of powder at the bottom of the bottle. I would end up trying to swallow loose powder, which was just nasty. Until I discovered Swansons, which are in capsule form. I am a very happy new customer.

I had never heard of this product until I read about it in one of those doctor promotional columns. I was surprised back then to find out that Swanson carried it. After taking it for years now I like the results and am always surprised to find almost any new and/or promising products right here at Swanson for sometimes more than half the price. I love Swanson.

Amazing Purchase
