"I have been using this product for awhile and like the other reviewer, I don't know whether it's working or not. However, I can say honestly that i continue to wake up and urinate every 2-3 hours every night and i am only 53.

I just read that the active ingredient in Saw Palmetto is Beta Sitosterol. Therefore, I am switching to Beta Sitosterol now. Will see if this reduces the frequency of urination."

"There are many prostate formulas out there and I picked this one because I'd rather have higher doses with less items instead of small doses of many. All three of the ingredients in this formula are good for prostate health. But to be honest, I don't really know if it's helping me or not. I just figured it was because the ingredients are known to be good for me. At 66 years of age, I just want a little insurance."
