Good but not for me i believe since adding this to my program, i've felt joint pain worse. Taking along with MSM and i don't think it's right for me so i'm eliminating it for awhile to see if i feel better. May 31, 2011
The name doesn't help! I do recommend this to friends although I always need to explain that it's better than it sounds. I find it makes a tremendous difference in my comfort level as it helps joint flexibility which is so important in daily functioning. December 20, 2010
Blessing in Disguise Have been taking this on and off for about a year (mostly off). Recently I started again ....quickly noticed previous results, "I feel really good! What is it?".
