"This is a good product. I take eight per day because Lycopene is an important antioxident and it is not toxic. I previously used 40mg Lycopene from another company that was just as good, but sw950 is less money per mg when it is on sale, so I use Swanson. I wish that Swanson would make the same Lycopene in 40mg softgels, so then I would only need four instead of eight. This is the reason that I rated the convenience as 4 not 5, because I have to take eight of these, but with Swanson sale prices eight 20mg are cheaper than four 40mg of the other company."
