"This product contains 600 IU of Vitamin A, along with 400 IU Vitamin D. It is not just a Vitamin D supplement. Based on my research, I do not need extra Vitamin A, and in fact, I try to avoid supplements containing too much Vitamin A. If you are like me, and not interested in getting extra Vitamin A, Swanson has some other great formulas that contain Vitamin D, and nothing else."
