"I started taking various amino acids plus a multiple amino acid complex about 1986. They added something to my mood, energy and thinking that I seemed to require then and seems diminished any time I try to leave them off. I recently added arginine to see if I notice a difference. Maybe an increase in energy with this one."

"Extensively searched by me in the internet, this product has no side effects whatsoever, but it is the main ingredient of all male love potions. My hubby is 77 years young - do I have to say more? We both don't want to run out of it, that is for sure. It takes a while until the body gets the hang of it and it works very well. The price is not even a factor when I compare it to products which are said to achieve the same results."

"This is a great amino acid to take if you are a weightlifter! It increases the flow of blood to you muscles, producing the same pump that many of the very expensive supplements do. Only suggestion: becuase the body can tolerate high-levels of this AA, I wish it came in more milligrams per cap. so I don't have to take so many a day! Other than that, I will always remain on an L-Arginine regimen!"
