"I've been taking the 480mg Swanson Premium colostrum for many years - 3 caps in the morning and 3 in the evening. It has definately helped my immune system but the main reason I take it is for the benefit it has on my digestive tract. I can't get into specifics, but I will say this - YOU WON"T FIND A BETTER COLOSTRUM ANYWHERE ELSE ! ! ! I have been and will be taking this product for life ! Thankyou Swanson for offering affordable top quality products."
