"This is the amount of lycopene that you might get in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Just a little insurance for when I go a few days without any tomatoes. I don't think there is much evidence for mega-doses, so this is good enough for me.
One complaint is that the capsules seem a bit big for 10mg. They're not really big, just that they take up more room in my pill container than seems necessary. They're the same size as the 20mg dose."

"This size is very economical and adds to my diet on a daily basis the insurance of these nutrients and their benefits that otherwise I might miss out on.
