Glucosamine, Chondroitin, & MSM. It works and is just as good, if not better than a name brand from the store I was using before I found Swanson's a few years ago.

Once in a while I will get too low and have to run to the store and buy this while I am waiting on an order. I think I feel better when taking this product over the store one.

I really recommend anyone to give this a try. You have nothing to loose with their satisfaction grantee."

"I purchase this particular product because it is hard to find a Glucosamine Sulfate & Chondroitin Sulfate product with ample amounts of each. The Sulfate type is better for you. This pill is large, be prepared! But for the value & dosage, it is worth it if you can swallow large pills."
