"The main reason that I decided to try these particular capsules was because of the reasonable price compared to all others. It's a very good value when you do comparison shopping price-wise. As far as quality is concerned, who really knows. There's no real way for me to know that. You do have to take 3 of them per day rather than 2 of my previous brand but that's no big deal. Are they effective? So far, so good. Only time will tell for sure I guess. I have only been taking them for a little while as I had some of my old ones still on hand when I ordered these."

Title:Helped my dog

"My dog was having trouble getting up and moving. I did some research and found that you can give them glucosamine and chondroitin pills, the ones made for dogs were really expensive but I saw some peolpe say the vet recommended people supplements. I started giving her 2 pills a day for 2 weeks then cut down to 1 pill a day. She has improved drastically. She moves very easily now. It is very affordable. I am very satisfied with this product."
