"I really wanted to like this product - it has good ingredients but after 21/2 months of use I don't see any improvement in the condition of my fingernails. To be fair, I have a job where I use bleach a lot for cleaning purposes but I started taking this product about a month before starting this job. "I've been using this supplement for about 4 months. I have noticed that my hair is thicker and doesn't break as often now and my nails are stronger. The pills are not any larger than my multi vitamins. I do not notice a bad smell at all, but it does contain MSM, which is a form of sulfur. Seems like it should smell bad, but I took a whiff and I didn't mind the smell . Perhaps that's because my body needs those particular nutrients and so the smell does not turn me off. If a person wasn't lacking in those nutrients then maybe that is why it could smell offensive to them. The value is great."
