Really unconcentrated??? Does not seem to be a 3:1 concentrate.. I have had capsules of dried royal jelly powder that's 3:1 strength, and it tasted so much more dense than this royal jelly from Swanson. After letting the Swanson jelly capsules melt in my mouth, it does not impact my tongue anywhere as much as the dried concentrate does. Moreover, it tastes just like the simple, cheaper royal jelly brands out there that are not claimed to be concentrated extracts. Hence, I would not believe that it's 1000mg per capsule.. more like 303mg. January 8, 2012

Best Quality I have purchased multi types of products from Swanson and have found them fresher than other similar sites. The quality surpasses my expectation and Swanson's Premium Royal Jelly is no exception. I haven't consumed enough to really feel a difference BUT as others have consistently told me about the benefits of Royal Jelly, I see Swanson's product as the freshest of any other web site and as such, I have total confidence in it's benefit. I didn't notice a difference :( Unfortunately, I've taken half a bottle now and I can't say I've felt any sort of difference from these pills. I've even taken up to 3 a day and still not felt much of anything. I was really hopeful that these would give me extra energy. They are a good source of B vitamins, but for some reason even a B-complex alone doesn't make me feel much different either. So I don't know why this is. I DO, however, cut these open and mix them in my skincare products. Royal Jelly is included in a lot of higher-end skincare these days. The Royal Jelly from these pills, when squeezed out, has a lot of texture to it, so I either dilute it in my lotions or use it alone as an exfoliator. I'm pretty pleased with using them this way. I get the Jelly out by poking a hole with a sharp pair of tweezers, or something similar. May 6, 2011

No profound effect, but maybe some subtle effects. Maybe one benefit of this supplement was softer skin. But, I didn't isolate my supplements to confirm this hypothesis. But, I think that it is an nice alternative source of B-Vitamins. Good value too. May 20, 2010

it works Finally one that lives up to the hype. Both my wife and I use these. Wife says she really notices the boost in energy throughout her workday. For me I would say it feels more like it I staves off fatigue and keeps energy levels even rather than boosts them. Either way it works and we will continue using this product. January 28, 2010

A total disaster I have the habbit of dissolving softgels in my mouth, so I always taste what is inside. I have used royal jelly softgels several times before and I would have rated them excellent, but this order is a real disaster. The contents inside is absolutely disgusting with some unpleasant odor of chemicals. Not the same product at all compared to what it used to be before. January 8, 2010

Not bad I can't say if it was royal jelly or maca but the pills gave me so much energy I couldn't sleep. So I have to take my full dose first thing in the morning in order to get to bed by 11 or 12. I usually get in bed by 9 or 10 but I am still a busy body at that time now thanks to these pills. November 17, 2009

Excellent source of Energy This product really gives you that extra boost you need for a long stressful day! I would compare it to caffeine-because it is a natural pick-me-up and isn't as abrupt as caffeine is, but that's why I like it! It may be a little slowing or more drawn out while lifting your energy levels but once it reaches it's peak it sustains your energy for a prolonged period of time and doesn't have that steep drop-off effect, when its done working, like caffeine does! If you need extra energy be sure to give this a shot, its better for your body than the stimulant based energy preparations! November 9, 2009

Swanson Vitamins - Royal Jelly I started taking the supplements I ordered from Swanson's, and started to feel some additional energy from the day one. I believe this initial energy boost is from the Royal Jelly product. This is my first batch of shopping from Swanson's and it will not be the last. First of all, all of the products arrived very quickly, safely and in the most affordable manner although I am an overseas client - and if there are any questions they are answered properly and in a timely manner. My first batch of purchase was for energy producing and cognitive enhancement products. I made a lot of comparison before reaching swanson and I can say that it has the most affordable prices and best quality/price ratio. I like this I had never used royal jelly in the past, but have heard good things about it (on a radio infomercial).
