Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, dissolve one lozenge in the mouth two times per day. If desired, both lozenges may be consumed at the same time. Taking zinc on an empty stomach may cause stomach upset in some people.

"These lozenges are good for the price. And being from Swanson's I trust their effectiveness.

But sucking on all brands of zinc lozenges I've ever tried, including these, irritates my tongue, hence minus a star each for quality and satisfaction.

Truthfully, though, these lozenges have no rougher a mouth feel than any others I've tried, and less than some."
