"This is the only calcium supplement that I can take without causing constipation! It contains a sufficient amount of magnesium in it which prevents constipation and helps the calcium get absorbed better. Also, the liquid preparation further helps with absorption. I take my calcium-magnesium supplements in three divided doses throughout the day. You can't find this combination anywhere else. Thank you, Swanson Vitamins!"
