Exactly as described I bought these to replace synthetic B-Supplements and I think that they do a pretty good job. Although, if you do not like the taste of yeast then don't buy these because they're in tab form and you get a good taste of yeast every time you take them. May 20, 2010

anti-gray Years ago I read that there was an anti-gray factor in yeast, and not in any other food items. I have taken yeast for 25 years. For me, there is an anti-gray factor. January 30, 2008
