"Calicum Citrate is probably the best absorbed form of Calicum that you can take. I already take a mega dose of vitamin D, so I didn't need the extra, but that's ok. The only down side, is that the pills are huge, and you need 2 at a time, each time. Other than that, it's perfect and so cheap."

"I research everything prior to purchasing. I believe that the citrate is the most bioavailable calcium, and that D helps absorption also. I like these pills as they are coated to make swallowing easier. The amount of calcium is great too, as I can adjust the number I take higher or lower based on my diet.
