"The Sawnson preview for this supplement says its used to benefit the heart and vascular system. I read that the best way to do this is by drinking Hawthorne berry tea or taking the supplement which I prefer, and that repeated use is better than large doses. I make it part of my daily routine. I also like to use a shot glass (vacation souvenir) to put my supplements in at meal time. It's just the right size."
