"I have been using cats claw for years and believe that by taking it daily (1,000 mg) has helped me maintain good health! I had been taking it for about a year (having to look for it at every drug store and finally a friend suggested Swanson) and I have been a loyal fan every since. The quality and prices cannot be beat!! If you try something and it is not for you, you simply return it, you can't do that with any other drug store."
