"My main reason for purchasing this product is because it is a liquid. I feel that it is absorbed much more efficiently than a pill. It seems to be working well. Another plus is that the liquid is very affordable.
The only negative I find is the taste. It is not very pleasant. However, I mix it with a protein shake in the morning and the taste is not noticable.l"

"My wife is the one who mainly takes this product and says it seems help. She likes taking a liquid rather than a hard pill.

This liquid must be shaken as much as possible because it does seperate. The last dose wil contain many crunchy crystals of some insoluable precipitate. I would feel better if all of the ingrediants were kept in solution throughout the life of the bottle delivering an equal dose each time."

"I did a bit of research/looking for a liquid without "splenda" or "aspartame" and this is it. It is easy to swallow as opposed to the usual "horse pills". Be prepared, however, for the taste. It isn't yummy, but if you chase it with a quick sip of water..you're off and running. I really think the liquid is absorbed better but that's just my opinion. So, if you can ignore the taste, it's got a lot of attributes. Like the price....you just can't beat that price for glucosamine, chondroitin and msm.....not that I've seen."
