"I will not be without this supplement it works great for me. I also like the gold caps on many of the supplement bottles because I sometimes take different amounts than what is on the bottle and so I write on the cap what I take (3/3X) and so when I fill up my weekly pill box it's easier and when I get a new bottle I swap the new lid for the old one, but keep the new lid in case I change again or get a black lid on something else."

"I'm one to follow the lead and when I read that a world-class cyclist used the basic ingredients in this supplement, I was quick to buy into it, particularly because the claim was that it aided in boosting energy.

Not only was this evident after the first few days of a regimen that included Quercetin and other Swanson supplements, but my family and friends commented that I radiated that youthful spark present in a healthy and vibrant person.
