Good valne/ good product I think that Swanson products are as good or better products than health food stores at a much more livieable price. March 2, 2011
It's a Powder Cap, Not a Soft Gel The price is very reasonable and 30 mg twice a day is a good dosage. But when I ordered it, I overlooked that it said 'cap'. When it comes to Co-Q-10, the soft gels have much better absorption. February 20, 2011
Does not disolve The capsule does not disolve, So you don't get anything out of this pill! It happened with two lots. January 6, 2010
