really good stuff!
this is really a great product.if you want to maintain good glucose levels,and curb your appetite,this is the stuff for you!...i take 3 a half hour before a meal,and it really curbs my appetite,and helps me to stay on track,especially during the holidays.i take this along with swansons glucomannon,and tri-fiber complex...my system is used to the high fiber,so for those who are just beginning a regiman like this,my advice is to start of with half dosages,and build up to the full recommended dosage.you wont experiance the bloating,exc..that can happen...the price is right also!

Delays the hungries
I've tried a lot of different things, but the prickly pear cactus seems to work best to delay hunger by two or three hours without causing any stomach or gastric distress.

What a Superior Product
