Title:Can't be beat for heart health!

"Cayenne can take a little getting used to if you if you haven't taken it before,but don't be discouraged as you will gain a tolerance for it. The benefits to taking Cayenne are many to say the least. I personally never take this in the capsules however. I break them open and sprinkle them on my food or put in my mouth with a spoon and chase it down with water or whatever. Be careful when you first start doing this as it can crank your tractor till you get used to it. You can slowly increase how much you take per day gradually without any discomfort should you wish to do so over a few months.. I like to take 1 teaspoon full three times a day myself . Would like to see this product in a little hotter heat unit for an option though."

"I took the advice of a previous reviewer & take this capule half way through my meal. As long as I don't overeat, I don't feel any burn. If I eat too much sometimes I feel a little burning (kinda like heartburn) but it's not too uncomfortable.
I was at a plateau in my weight loss & this gave it the extra kick I needed to get it moving again in the right direction!! Love it!"

"I started by taking 3 x per day as per recommendation. In the first week I burped these horrible burps I attribute to Cayenne refluxing. The bad taste went away after drinking alot of water. I now take 2 a day with food and lots of water."
