"I have been taking the bee pollen not every day, but once in a while when I need a pick-me-up. I have homework which is due at 4 o'clock AM Central time. I have changed my schedule where I sleep during the day and do homework or housework at night, but once in a while I do not have much get-up-and-go when I need it. The bee pollen gives that to me."

"I used to sell this product so I used it when I worked as a meat-cutter. It seemed to give me added energy to get through a long, fast-paced day. Now, 30 years later, it still gives my energy level a boost when I need it. I don't use it for any medical reasons, merely as an energy supplement. The product I sold was in chewable form and I'd like to take that again if Swanson's ever starts to carriy it. The flavor was good and the energy was immediate."

"This bee pollen seems to be just as effective as my previous bee pollen product, and quite a few bucks cheaper too. I use bee pollen everyday in the morning to clear up my lungs and sinuses and give me an extra energy boost. It's subtle but definitely effective. This bee pollen doesn't disappoint. Swanson claims the bee pollen comes only from sources within the USA, which is an added bonus (however there is no conclusive proof to this claim)."

"I take bee pollen in place of B complex. B-50s and other B complex products are often not well tolerated by me. I find the fragrance nauseating and sometimes get nauseous after taking them. I have been able to take bee pollen with success and I have read the B vitamins in bee pollen are easier to absorb than in some other sources. It works for me. You can't ask for a better price. Great value"
