Couldn't feel this one I've taken Swanson brand Psyllium and another brand of Glucomannan fiber. Apple pectin isn't as good as these two. I went from psyllium to apple pectin and immediately noticed a difference. I wasn't going as often anymore. I've been taking the apple pectin for at least a month now and it's not good. I switched back to psyllium. I love swanson but not this product. November 17, 2011
