Directions: Gently rub 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon onto face, neck, wrists, breasts, stomach, and under arms two times per day. Best results are achieved with regular use.

pump it up... disagree with other disgruntled reviewed. pump is much easier and faster to use. if u r worried about losing product, use a pliers arround the neck and with little effort you can gather the remains... May 5, 2012

Wild Yam Cream I am a long-time user of Swanson Wild Yam Cream. I like it very much. I am writing to add my complaint to the others regarding the new pump packaging. Please go back to your original jar with screw top. You lose half of the cream with the pump. If it ain't broke, please don't fix it. Sincerely, Marieange...an otherwise extremely satisfied customer. Good Product- I believe this product is good . However the pump does not provide enough product -this is only 2oz. and as stated in earlier views- you can't use all the product due to the pump. March 7, 2012

Packaging not earth friendly. I have purchased this product over the years and am so disappointed to see the "new" packaging. I agree with the other reviewers; BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Not only was it more "Earth Friendly", it was also more user friendly. I will only order 1 at a time until the old packaging comes back and/or look for another source. Respectfully . . . . . bring back the jar When I saw they changed this to a pump I was very disappointed. It was easy to use from the jar and I could see when I was running low. I won't buy this product in this application because I know it will be a nuisance to use when it gets low but is not used up. December 9, 2011
