Great Value. I have found this to be a beneficial supplement for me. I feel it helps with fatigue but have found it excellent at easing stress eating/stress. I take it twice a day and have not had any side effects, don't feel jittery and no problems falling asleep. I like to pair it with raspberry ketones. Very helpful for energy I love this product. I go to school during the day and I take it for energy and a clear mind. I shared with my classmates and they purchased their own supply.
