Hard to Find I try to follow the "4 Your Type" regimen. They recommend calcium lactate for my blood type. It is incredibly hard to find. Swanson Health Products is the only place I could find it. The price is great too! May 29, 2011
Excellent source of calcium Calcium Lactate is an excellent source of calcium. Additionally, it is an alkaline product which is good for a balanced PH. The powder mixes easily, has a neutral taste (maybe a little tart) in water and works fine in juice. There is no aftertaste. The powder is much easier to take than the than equivalent amount of pills. April 1, 2011
