Excellent for On the Go!
The number of supplements I take throughout the day are too many to fit in most pill reminder containers. I wanted something that would hold more and be convenient to use while gone from home for a few days. This is just what I needed and wanted. At 3X3 inches, the space is ample and the seal is positive and easy to use. The included marker pen writes well in the white area and dries quickly. The bags are heavy duty so I can use them more than once. Since the bags are mostly clear, I put them in a small brown paper bag to protect the contents from daylight. I am very pleased with them!

I like the purpose of the baggies. They are great for traveling. I did not like the fact that if you carry the baggies in your purse on a daily basis then the permanent marker would come off and you would not be able to read the writing on the baggie. The permanent marker is not permanent.

A great help
I'm taking some supplements for a new diagnosis and need to have them with me at all times of the day when I'm away from home. I do have a daily supplement container for the ones I take with meals, but this does not work for the new ones I'm taking as they need to be taken at odd times. These bags are a great help as they remind me (because they are not in the container) to take them, as they stand out, without being too big for my purse. And they keep my capsules clean and secure in my bag.
