"This is the Swanson brand, which I trust to be well formulated. I have taken this about 4 weeks, generally on alternate days. I think this goes well with the thyroid glandular. I have taken the two together in the past. It seems to help with energy and stamina. I gave the "Effectiveness" category only a 3 because I need to try it for a longer period."
