"Wow, didn't realize how smelly-potent-tasting this is, but it does pack a punch! It says to use 4 drops in a glass of water, but will only use no more than 2 drops otherwise I can't handle it. Make sure you really swish your water in the glass before drinking, otherwise the oil will land right on your throat and you may start coughing. It does work. I'll try it next in foods."
