SLEEP LIKE A BABY!

Let me say that I have tried more than my share of pills "that help you sleep" and none have been effective across the board. Valerian, melatonin, passion flower, chamomile and formulas with all the above. This wonderful fruit really helps. I do not wake up with a sleep hangover, I sleep soundly for longer periods and I only take one before bed. Everyone knows that if you can't sleep you can't enjoy much. This pill really has helped me consistently for over a month now. Not everything works for everyone but I do suggest trying this, if it works... happy trails :) What have you got to lose... another nights sleep?

i was not familiar with the Jujube fruit until about two months ago when I bought it from Swansosn's on sale 2 for 1 . It has a calming effect, yet it adds stamina. I am happy with it and would recommend it for mental fatigue.

Great Sleep Aid
If I wake up in the night and cannot go back to sleep, I take just one of these Jujube Fruit pills. Within a half hour I am sound asleep for the rest of the night. This has happened so many times that I know it is more then wishful thinking.
